The food tasted fresh and I was happy with it overall. Delivery was a bit slow though, so that was kind of annoying, but the meal itself was good.

I tried The Whole Truth Foods because the ingredient list genuinely made me feel like I was making a better choice. Everything looked clean and simple, which I really liked. But after trying the bars, I felt a bit disappointed. They’re not bad at all, but emotionally I just couldn’t justify the price for the quantity. At this cost, I was expecting either a more satisfying taste or a slightly bigger size. Maybe it makes sense for people who buy them regularly and don’t mind spending extra, but for me, the value just didn’t feel right.

I ordered a few bars from The Whole Truth Foods and the first thing I did was check the expiry dates, because I’m careful about not getting stuck with old stock. Thankfully, the packs had plenty of shelf life left. I kept some in my bag and left some at home, and even after a few weeks they still tasted perfectly fine. It’s a small thing, but it makes a difference. 5 stars from me...

I’ve been happy with this so far. It feels like a clean, solid protein option, and I like that it doesn’t seem loaded with a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Definitely a nice find.

I really liked the idea of these, and the taste was decent, but unfortunately they just didn’t sit well with my stomach. Even when I only had a small portion, I felt bloated and kind of heavy afterward. I’m sure they might work fine for some people, but for me they just weren’t a good fit. I was hoping to enjoy them more, but I ended up feeling uncomfortable, so I’d give them 2 stars.

The box was sturdy and there were no leaks, so I’ll give it that. i was half-expecting some kind of mess, but thankfully everything held up fine.

I had a question about my order and they did get back to me quickly, which I appreciated. I did have to follow up though, and I always find that kind of annoying. Not a huge deal, but still, having to follow up is having to follow up. Once they responded again, they sorted everything out nicely. Overall the customer service was good, just wish it didn’t take that extra nudge...

The return process was okay overall. It took about the amount of time I expected, and everything went through without any major issues.

I like that The Whole Truth Foods isn’t just focused on one kind of snack. I usually go in to check the protein bars, but then I end up browsing the chocolates and nut butters too. There are enough options to keep it interesting without feeling overwhelming, which I appreciate. The different flavours and pack sizes make it easy to pick something for home or for travel. I’ve ordered a few times now and haven’t really gotten bored of the choices. That said, I do sometimes wonder if the quality will stay the same across all products and batches, but overall I’m happy with the range.

I liked that the ingredients were clearly listed and there weren’t any over-the-top or weird health claims. Delivery was smooth too. The only thing is the prices feel a little on the higher side, so I’d probably want to hear what others are buying before I order more. Overall though, I do trust the brand
